Subject: [MEI-L] Example: non-integer divisions of the whole note

Hello MEI example-encoders,

Here is an example which would be useful to have
in the documentation of MEI. This example contains
rhythms which are non-integer subdivisions of the whole
note. For example, the top layer on the staff contains
7 eighth-notes in the time of 3 quarter notes (6 eighth-
notes).

These sorts of rhythms are common in the
nocturnes of Chopin.
