[MEI-L] Example: gracenotes and beams interaction

Hello MEI example-encoders,

Here is another example which would be useful to see
in the documentation.  The example would demonstrate
how grace notes interact with <beam> (or <beamspan>)
elements.

This example adapted from Irish fiddle tunes.
