[MEI-L] Bug

Hi, Johannes,

TEI P4 (the source for most of the TEI-like elements in MEI) didn't have this attribute.  However,seen from the perspective of TEI P5, it's a bug.   At some point, we should go over the TEI-like elements and check for this kind of correspondence.

I'm copying this to mei-l so it'll get archived.  Pardon the duplication.
