[fg-arc] CFP for VL/HCC Workshops: DTSHPS and SEMS

Call for Participation: Workshop on Designing Technologies to Support Human
Problem Solving (DTSHPS 2018) to be held October 1, 2018 in Lisbon,
Portugal in conjunction with VL/HCC 2018.

We solicit both formal and informal papers addressing issues related to the
design of software systems that support humans in solving complex problems
such as global challenges like climate change, drug-resistant diseases,
nuclear proliferation, fake news, the complexity of software systems

Call for Papers: SEMS’18 - 5th International Workshop on Software
Engineering Methods in Spreadsheets

Spreadsheets provide end users the ability to create solutions for their
problems. They are used in many contexts for distinct purposes and play an
important role in many critical decision processes. As such, methods from
other domains have been applied to spreadsheets in order to provide better
support to end users. SEMS aims to provide an event where researchers and
industry professionals can gather and share problems and solutions related
to spreadsheets. Therefore, we are looking for full research papers,
work-in-progress papers and experience reports. More details at the website
