[asv-vorstand] Request for buddy

Dear ASV members,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Sangsaptak Pal, and I am an
international student set to begin my MSc in Computer Engineering at
Paderborn University in the summer semester 2025, starting this April. I
would like to request a buddy through the ASV Buddy Program to assist me in
navigating university life, handling administrative tasks, and settling
into the local environment.
