Dear Frank,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to formally request to move out of my current apartment due to
ongoing mental health concerns caused by unresolved issues, which I have
communicated in previous correspondences. After consulting with my
therapist, it has been advised that I leave the apartment as soon as
possible, as the situation has significantly impacted my well-being.

As per the terms of my contract, I would like to request the official
cancellation of my lease at the end of this winter semester. In line with
this, I am offering two potential solutions:

1. I have found a suitable individual who is willing to sublet the
apartment for the remainder of the term, which is fully within the bounds
of the contract.
2. Alternatively, the option for a complete contract transfer is available
should that be preferable.

I believe both options offer a suitable solution that works well for all
parties involved, and I am happy to facilitate the process in any way
required.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration of this request. Please
feel free to reach out if you need further clarification or if there are
any additional steps I should take to finalize this process.
