[asv-vorstand] Request for Buddy Assignment Due to Late Arrival

Dear International Students’ Representative,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Prajwal Shinde, an
international student enrolled in the Master’s program in Computer Science
at the University of Paderborn. Due to unforeseen visa processing delays, I
will be arriving in Germany later than expected, around mid to late October.

Given this delay, I believe having a buddy assigned to me would be
particularly beneficial. It would greatly assist me in managing the initial
settling-in process, such as city registration, university formalities, and
getting acquainted with daily life and the campus environment. Having
someone to guide me during this late arrival would be invaluable.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in arranging a buddy for me, and
I am more than willing to follow any procedures necessary to facilitate
this request.
