I am reaching out regarding our upcoming event ICW and your expertise in 
Social Media sounds like a good fit for promoting the event.

Here are some key details for your reference:

Event Dates:  5-8 November

  	* Booth timings: 10:30 AM - 14:30 PM on 5-7th November at Main Foyer.
  	* Performance slot: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM on 5-7th November at Main 
Foyer.
  	* Closing ceremony: 8 Nov, 18:00 pm onwards at 'G' Hörsaal.

We would like to know if you have availability within this timeframe and 
any preferences or requirements for setup. Additionally, could you 
please confirm if you have your own equipment, or if there's anything 
specific you would need us to provide?

Please know that we value our collaborators greatly. We will ensure that 
you receive full and proper credit for any photos or videos shared 
across our social media channels.
