Hi Frederick,

I know that this is a bit of a last minute thing, but unfortunately due 
to a lack of volunteers for some shifts for the Weihnachtsmarkt, 
especially on Monday (9:00-14:00) and Friday (14:00-18:00), ASV is 
considering backing out of the event to prevent any inconveniences.

Would it be possible to postpone the final confirmation until 2nd 
December to give us some time to try to arrange some more volunteers?

Also, would it be possible to host the hut for 2 days, as we also have 
another Christmas Event on Friday. We remember Eurobiz hosted the hut 
for 2 days last year due to their Party event conflict with the final 
day.
