[asv-vorstand] Regarding application of Refunds

Dear Katrin,

Hope you had a nice vacation time.

We missed your presence at the ICW last week. With all the 
uncertainities and expected issues, things still went smooth and the 
event was highly successfull, with a grand closing ceremony.

Since we requested some money for this event under the QVM, we'd like to 
apply for it soon. We are currently unsure how to fill up the forms, and 
how to cover hospitality costs and related stuff. Would it be possible 
for to arrange an appointment together with a relevant contact person to 
guide us with the same.
