[asv-vorstand] {SPAM?} Complain Against Room Number E005 - Peter Hille Weg 13

Hello Mr. Choi,

I hope you are doing well. We are residents of Peter Hille Weg 13, room
number is E105, Asma Baig and Hira Waheed.

We would like to bring to your attention an incident. On Thursday, May 16,
Hira and I were in the room and we had one friend with us. We were
discussing a project. This guy from the room below (room number E005 -
Cengizhan Berke Sen) came and started banging the door and shouting. It was
past midnight, we opened the door and he started abusing us and our friend.
We told him not to shout and say what he wants to say politely, but he
started physically attacking our friend who was trying to mediate. We were
not making any noise. He physically assaulted our friend, and thus we
called the police and registered a complaint against him.

This is not the first time this incident has happened. Over the past 6
months, ever since we have started living here, he has done such things
multiple times and threatened us. He alleges that we are making noise, but
it was never the case, yet we always said ok and just considered handling
the situation in a polite manner without making a scene as we got really
frightened on how he was behaving with us.

We had told ASV, about this person after the second instance, where he was
too loud on the door while we were just two inside. However, the worst
happened on the 16th of May, when we three were studying and this person
came, we were scared and our friend opened the door, to whom he said "shut
your bitches up". This episode was enough for us to feel threatened as he
was calling names and he got into a physical altercation. I request you to
take note of the matter and kindly make sure we are protected from abusers
in this building.

He has been loud, aggressive and made us feel extremely threatened.
Previously, he had come on the door and we did go quiet, however it used to
be just us two. Later, he became louder and more aggressive. This led us to
a discussion with the student association ASV and they guided us to
complain about him to the police. He has been coming and shouting and
harassing us for no reason. We do not make any noise or play music in the
room, but this person threatens us even if we two talk normally. 2
residents of the room are allowed to talk to each other.

He has now started to threaten people on our student whatsapp group and we
do not feel safe at all with him in the vicinity. He is openly telling
people our room number, claiming our nationality in public, showing his
racist behaviour and that we live here and talking about it to everyone.
This is highly disrespectful and a breach of privacy. We are scared because
of his actions. He is bad mouthing us and is continuing with the threats.
