At present, we do not plan to install surveillance cameras. It was already discussed but due to the high costs involved, we have decided not to pursue this matter any further.

We kindly ask you to have your packages either sent to a nearby parcel station (e.g. https://www.dhl.de/de/privatkunden/dhl-standorte-finden.html?locationType=packstationen&address=33098:128)
or to not grant authorization for packages to be left in the hallways.

Dear Choi,

I hope this email finds you well and meets you in good spirit.
I am writing in regards the persistent occurrence which has been taking place in successions in the hall of resisdence (Peter Hille Weg 13) which is disheartening the least to say.

I believe we all have needs,desires and therefore are at liberty to make purchases online thereby this orders been delivered to our place of abode.
It has been recorded on countless occasions that some items have gone missing which is definitely as a result of theft by unknown fellows which is why i am writing to see the possibility of installing CCTVs in the lobby to avoid this process repeating itself.

I will appreciate it if this can be put into consideration to make this place of abode a better place to live in.
