[asv-vorstand] Your participation on the day of action against racism (30th of April 2024, 11 am untill 2 pm)

Dear Lakshay,

is it posible to meet this Thursday (14th of March) at half past 2pm in 
my office? I´ve got a workshop before our meeting that will end around 
approx. 2 pm, I am sorry for the change of plans!

I also asked AStA to join us in Thursday so we can all plan the day of 
action against racism togehther. I hope will come up with some great ideas!

Dear Lakshay,

thank you for your response and your confirmed will to participate in 
our action day against racism on the 30th of April. I am really glad 
that you will support us on this day to send a clear message against 
racism, thank you very much!

At the moment we are planning on setting up 5 different tables at the 
Foyer (Number 4,5,6,7 and 8 --> see the document attatched). You as ASV 
would get your own table and could display any topic related 
information, activity etc. that you find suiting for the day of action 
against racism. Of course you´d be also able to introduce your 
organisation and all the offers you´ve got as ASV for international 
students to all interested persons coming to your table as well.

I am talking to Dr. Claudia Mahs about the plans for the day of action 
tomorrow again, maybe we can talk about the final plans after that? 
Until then you can come up with your own concept for your table and we 
ca then exchange ideas and take a look at the marketing 
strategy/promotions starting on the 20th of March. How about we meet 
next Thursday during my open consultation hours between 12 and 2 pm 
(14th of March) to discuss the topic further?
