[asv-vorstand] Application for Buddy Program

I am Ashik from India and I have been accepted into the Masters in Computer
Science program for the upcoming semester. I came across the Buddy Program
on the university website and I would like to apply for the program. Please
let me know if there are any further steps regarding the same.
