[asv-vorstand] Voting rights

Dear sir,

I am Sanjana Bal, and an active member of asv.
Due to some personal reasons I couldn't attend today's voting session.
I would like to transfer my voting rights to Reuben datta for today, so
that it doesn't go to waste.
