[asv-vorstand] ASV Assembly Meeting proposals

Hello ASV Board of Directors/Election Board,

1. I am writing this email to propose the restoration of position of Head of Social Affairs for the ASV Board, for the assembly meeting on 19.12.2024.

2. I’d like to propose major amendments in the rules for attending meetings and volunteering and would suggest attending meetings optional and keeping the 50% requirement for the volunteering for events for a month.

3. Furthermore, on behalf of my ASV colleague Ketsia Fumudiya, I’d like to nominate her name for the position mentioned above (conditional to approval by the assembly) and also for the position of Head of Culture.
