Dear Julian,

PFA in the ZIP the first set of the refund application for the
Laenderabend Africa held on 05.12.2024.

This set (set-1) of refunds amounts to EUR 419,38 and also include
expenses made by the African culture participants for their culture
representation which included face tattoos (hence the makeup items).
There are 4 refund applications in this set, along with the hospitality
receipt.

There proceeds from the event entry are being handed over to the
Wiehnachtswunder fundraiser [1 [1]] as donation. The marketing of the 
event
explicitly stated that. No earnings from this event are being kept by
the ASV (including all the sub-activities).

I request you to process the refunds soon. If you have any queries, feel
free to contact our team.
