Hi Frederick,

Thank you so much for your patience so far. As of right now, ASV still 
has a shortage of volunteers and has been unable to establish 
communication with CC regarding setup and wrap up shifts. Due to this, 
we are still unable to sign the Kaution Agreement. We will have a 
meeting regarding the shifts and if there are any changes, I shall 
inform you immediately. If there are any immediate decisions that you 
(or AStA) has to take regarding the Weihnachtsmarkt before I write to 
you, then consider ASV out of the event.

Sorry for the delayed response. We were still trying to work out a 
solution.
