[asv-vorstand] Request for advice against racism

Dear sir,
This is Sanjana Bal I am currently enrolled in ESE with the major in
Electronics and Devices.
Currently I have started working with Zeitnah, and recently went to
Frostkrone Rietberg . And there is a women who is being racist. She doesn't
want to work with me and says that I smell bad and that is the reason. Also
she is spreading this rumor to other colleagues. And I don't know how to
handle this. This is mentally very disturbing, yesterday one other person
came and bluntly said why don't you bath? Moreover taking bath is a part of
lifestyle. And I do it , also I can assure I was fully drenched in perfume,
so, there was no way that I could smell bad. I am very devastated by this
fact . I don't understand how to tackle this properly and moreover, I have
no one to share it with, since anyone will judge me on this, I am unable to
sleep at nights , also there's no one in the company or the factory with
whom I can share this, I have been scheduled for 4 more days this week and
it's like living a nightmare, every time going to work. Please help me,
also please advise whom to discuss it with .
