8:00–10:00<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Short shutdowns of the control system in several cleanroom areas (approx. 5 zones).<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Each zone will be switched off for around 2 minutes.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Monday, 8 December 2025 (during the day)<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>Closure of the fresh air for the Optics Laboratory levels (2nd and 3rd floors).<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>This means no supply or exhaust air will be available—only recirculation will remain active.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>The duration is
