place for a detailed description of settings/tunings/transpositions? <o:p></o:p></span></p>

case is trivial too. But I wouldn’t know how to encode things like organ registrations, scordatura, electronic instruments settings within <music>. Plain text? Or are there some special element for instrument settings?
