<div class="">The MEI Technical team has been working on a new version of the MEI Custom(e)ization service. This service provides a user-friendly face to the process of generating customized versions of MEI using the TEI Stylesheets and Roma tools.</div>

<div class="">Using this you can generate custom RelaxNG schemas for the latest development version of MEI, for the latest ‘stable’ versions, or you may use your own source and customization files.</div>

<div class="">Some improvements over the previous version include:</div>

<div class="">1. A more reliable method of running the TEI tools on the server process</div>

<div class="">2. Better error reporting when something does go wrong</div>

<div class="">3. Automatic updates to the development source code as new commits are made to the MEI source.</div>
