Seither ist es erstaunlich ruhig um die AG geworden. Die Beschäftigten wurden nicht über die weitere Arbeit informiert. Hier müssen wir zusammen mit der Initiative im neuen Jahr nochmal nachhaken.</span></div><div class="" style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;"><span style="font-size: 14px;" class=""><br></span></div><div class="" style="word-wrap: break-word; -webkit-nbsp-mode: space; line-break: after-white-space;"><span style="font-size: 14px;" class="">Für Diskussionen sorgt auch die Frage der Arbeitszeiterfassung im Rahmen der Vertrauensarbeitszeit. Im nächsten Jahr ist ein Entwurf für ein neues Arbeitszeitgesetz angekündigt - das wird die Diskussion sicher noch einmal anfachen. Auch hier werden wir die Gesetzentwürfe aus der Regierung kritisch begleiten und unsere Forderungen vortragen.</span></font></span></div><div style="margin: 0cm;" class=""><span style="caret-color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-size: 14px;"><br></span></div><div style="margin: 0cm;" class=""><span style="caret-color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-size: 14px;">Im September 2023 läuft der aktuelle Tarifvertrag über unser Gehalt aus. D.h. wir führen im Herbst Tarifverhandlungen zum TV-L, bei denen wir auf die gestiegenen Lebenshaltungs- und Energiekosten reagieren werden.
