Diese Ankündigung konnte Bundesbildungsministerin Karliczek in den Vertragsverhandlungen mit den Länderregierungen nicht durchsetzen.</span></div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"><span class="" style="-webkit-font-kerning: none;"><br class=""></span></div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"><span class="" style="-webkit-font-kerning: none;">Die <b class="">Verpflichtungserklärung der Regierung Laschet</b> zum Vertrag ist eine weitere Enttäuschung! Die Lücken bei der Instandhaltung von Hochschulgebäuden sollen nun auch über diese Mittel für Studium und Lehre gestopft werden. </span><span style="font-family: Arial;" class="">Außerdem sind die Hochschulen nur verpflichtet, den Anteil an unbefristeten Stellen rechnerisch gerade mal zu halten <u class="">oder</u> zu verbessern. Durch Verträge wird das zudem in die Zuständigkeit der einzelnen Hochschulen gegeben. Zwingende Vorgaben gibt es nicht</span><span style="font-family: Arial;" class="">. Und das trotz besseren Wissens!</span></div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal; min-height: 14px;"><span class="" style="-webkit-font-kerning: none;"></span><br class=""></div><div class="" style="margin: 0px; font-stretch: normal; line-height: normal;"><span class="" style="-webkit-font-kerning: none;">Denn in der NRW Verpflichtungserklärung wird auch aufgelistet, dass 50% der</span><span style="font-family: Arial;" class=""> wissenschaftlichen Mitarbeiter*innen einer Uni (30% an den Fachhochschulen) befristet beschäftigt sind - ohne Hinzuzählung der Qualifizierungstellen nach WissZeitVG und ohne Drittmittelstellen (!).
