Graduiertenzentrum</font></b></span></div><div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;" class=""><font size="2" class=""><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;" class="">Kollegin Anda-Lisa Harmening vom Graduiertenforum der Kulturwissenschaft (GFKW) hat uns den Planungsstand zu einem uniweiten und dem KW Graduiertenzentrum vorgestellt und mit uns diskutiert. Sie haben uns ihre Ideen und Aktionen für eine nachhaltige Hochschule vorgestellt. </span><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" class="">Unter den Vorschlägen udn Aktionen sind eine CO2-freie-Uni, ein Jobticket Angebot für alle Beschäftigten oder auch Kleidertauschbörsen. Wir haben auch mögliche Partner*innen für ein Netzwerk zusammengetragen. Die GEW wird weitere Aktionen unterstützen. Personalversammlung und Personalpolitik</font></b></div><div class="" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><font face="Calibri, sans-serif" size="2" class="">Nach einem Vorgespräch auf der GEW Versammlung haben wir uns tags darauf in die Personalversammlung für wiss. Beschäftigte eingebracht. Fr. Probst (Vizepräsidentin Personal) hat aus den neuen Bundesmitteln ca. 17 Mill. Euro als dauerhafte Personalmittel in Aussicht gestellt. Wir haben auf der Personalversammlung die Neubewertung von Daueraufgaben gefordert. Qualifizierungsstellen und neue Dauerstellen müssen in eine besseres Verhältnis gebracht werden. Der Wissenschaftler*innen Personalrat will zu Beginn des SoSe 2020 eine weitere Versammlung zu diesem Thema und außerdem zur Personalratswahl abhalten.</font></div><div class="" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;" class=""><font size="2" class=""> </font></span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;" class=""><div class="" style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt;"><b class=""><font size="2" class="">4. Der Vorstand ist unsere Verbindung zur GEW-Organisation.
